Terms & Returns

All our items are sold with a strict 14 day money back guarantee. If you receive your item and are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from invoice date for a refund. Items may only be returned UNUSED and in the original packaging.

If you purchase a USED or CLASSED AS USED item from our store you AGREE that these items are not covered by our RETURNS or GUARANTEE policy as clearly stated in the product description

Please do not under any circumstances return a model to us until we have discussed the return process to you in person. We will not accept any models that are sent without our consent. This will force the carrier to return it back to you if there is a return address label affixed.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund if approved,

Returns should be sent to the following address with your contact details and order number included. We recommend using an insured courier so that you will be covered if the item were to be lost or damaged in the post. If an item is found to be FAULTY you will be refunded for your postage costs up to a maximum of £10.00.If the model is RETURNED NOT WANTED then the customer is responsible for the returns delivery costs WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE TOTAL ONLY, ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURNS FORM this can be found in our SHIPPING & RETURNS PAGE

By purchasing from The Goodies Mart RC Store you are entering into a legally binding contract and the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Please check your item BEFORE USE. Once fuel has been put into your model only the radio control and engine are covered by a 3 month warranty.Please note: RADLINE models carry a 30 day warranty only. If you require details on how to check your model before use please consult our help and advice section on our website, this will give you all the information required

2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by miss-use or general wear and tear.

3. If you believe you have a faulty engine or radio please contact us before returning for details.

4. These models are NOT TOYS. If you have no experience with nitro models you will need to do some research on how to tune and set your engine and also how to check it before use. We will offer advice and help to newcomers as much as possible but are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged by incorrect use, from customers who are unable to adjust their models or from customers who have not fully checked their models before use.

5. Any item that is returned to us used and found to be not faulty or not covered by the warranty will be subject to a £30 testing & repair fee. You will also need to pay the postage if you require the item to be sent back to you.

6. Please note all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice. All photo's used on this website are are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.

7. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the environment they operated in, breakages can often occur. It is extremely difficult to determine the level of use and the conditions that a product may have been subjected to. For this reason we offer a Guarantee for a period of 90 days from the day you received your purchase.Radline models 30 days When claiming under a warranty the product or defective parts must be returned to us for examination. You will be notified by email or telephone if your claim is valid. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty a quote will be supplied for repair or replacement and the cost of returning the product or parts back to you. All warranty claims decisions are final.

The Goodies Mart have access to a team of highly experienced model engineers. All decisions of the engineers is final. We ourselves have warranty on all our products from our suppliers so have no reason to be biased with warranty issues

8 . The England & Wales law is the applicable law.

9. Shipping Costs: Please note that if Free UK Mainland shipping is offered this is for UK Mainland only and excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight & Scottish Highlands.These areas named above are classed as remote / offshore. Please be aware that additional shipping charges are required for these areas on all orders that are over 2kg in weight or a package size which requires a non Royal Mail small packet service. These areas are not classed as UK Mainland.

10. Delivery: The Goodies Mart cannot be held responsible for any loss of the goods if the customer requests the delivery driver (Courier or Royal Mail) to leave any parcel in a safe location and the parcel is not signed for upon delivery. We are happy to deliver to a works address. The Goodies Mart will only deliver goods to the registered payment card holders address, ie customers billing address.

11. Images: Please note the products you purchase may vary slightly from the image displayed. ie Colour, Wheel colour. The images are provided by our suppliers and should not be copied without prior agreement.

12. Newsletter Subscription: At times you may receive email newsletters from The Goodies RC Model Store, you will only receive these news letters if you have subscribed to our service,you have the right to cancel your news letters at any time.

The Goodies Mart RC Model Store reserve the right to change any prices or details on our site without prior notice.
